1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Telos ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Telos provides an AI-powered crypto futures trading platform that includes paper trading simulation, live trading execution through connected exchange accounts, AI signal generation, trade analytics, and related tools. The Platform is provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Telos' AI signals, analytics, and automated trading features are tools to assist decision-making — they do not constitute financial advice. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.

Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. If you are unsure, consult a qualified financial advisor.

4. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided only as required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal activity
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Platform
• Interfere with other users' access or the Platform's operation
• Use automated tools to create accounts or manipulate signals

7. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. You may not share API keys across accounts. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telos and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your access ceases and data may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
